By accessing or using the Chaudhary Sweets & Bakers application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through this app are subject to availability. Prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Chaudhary Sweets & Bakers reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery is available within Pakpattan city limits. A standard delivery fee of Rs.50 applies. Estimated delivery time is 30–45 minutes. Delays due to weather or traffic are beyond our control.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can only be cancelled before they are accepted by our kitchen. Once accepted, no refunds or cancellations are allowed. In case of incorrect items, please contact us immediately within 10 minutes of delivery.

5. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Chaudhary Sweets & Bakers is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not misuse this platform for fraudulent orders, spam, or any activity that disrupts the service. Chaudhary Sweets & Bakers reserves the right to suspend any account found in violation.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
